My name is Nesibe Caprile, I am 29 years old, and I was born in Pisa on November 13, 1995. Although I was born there due to family reasons, I grew up and have always lived in Sanremo, the hometown of my parents and a city to which I feel deeply connected.
After graduating from the Human Sciences High School, I continued to nurture a strong passion for the arts, which I have expressed since childhood through the study of dance, singing, and theater. In particular, I chose to focus on modern singing, earning a diploma from the CPM in Ospedaletti. Today, I continue to pursue this passion by participating in musical and theatrical performances.
I am a quick learner, dynamic, and curious—qualities that led me to discover a strong interest in the real estate sector. I feel comfortable in this field because interacting with people, understanding their needs, and building trust comes naturally to me.
Experience
In the past, I worked for several years in my family’s business, an ice cream shop. This formative experience taught me a lot about work, customer service, and management. However, I felt the desire to follow a more personal path, and I found it in the real estate field.
Private Life
Today I live with my partner and our two wonderful dogs. I am a great animal lover and believe that the companionship of four-legged friends deeply enriches everyday life.
